At Four Seasons Bistro we strive to use only local, seasonal, sustainable ingredients and produce.

Head Chef & Owner, Jamey Townsend, follows the modern trend of 'sloe food' where all ingredients are sourced locally within Zambia, or grown organically in his own garden wherever possible.

Our methodology ensures fresh seasonal produce that is grown & farmed in a sustainable & humane manner. No pre-processed, canned or tinned produce is used so everything that comes out of the kitchen is 100% traceable to its roots. Ingredients that can not be produced in Zambia such as spices are obtained from local farmers markets. We guarantee that only the highest quality ingredients are used in our cuisine.

The menu has a European theme including specials that change on a weekly basis; and new dishes with every new season.
